Halloween is here and that means Vermont kids are busy practicing the description of the costume they will be wearing under their parkas and other required winter gear.
“I am dressing up as skeleton this year and you can sort of see my mask,” said 10 year old Ken Philips. “I wore special effect makeup last year but it froze to my face so…Mom says nothing this year.”
Angelica Rodriguez described the incredible details that her mom put into her custom superhero costume. “There’s a lot of cool light effects and stuff and if you look closely, you can see the light leaking out of the neck and sleeves of my jacket!” Angelica explained. “I guess that’s cool.”
At press time, Vermont Governor Phil Scott assured Vermonters that pretty soon climate change will probably make this a nice holiday.
